Quick Apply Full-time 14 hours ago Full Job Description Job Summary & Essential Functions Perform cable assembly tasks for highly complex and critical end use applications.
Perform high quality and detailed tasks ensuring high first pass yield and efficiency.
Read and interpret work instructions and process procedures.
Read and understand blueprints and drawings Perform basic cable assembly process steps including such tasks as wire prep, wire stripping, routing, clean-up and close out.
Build quality into the product - increase first pass yield, minimize rework and minimize scrap.
Support process improvements and participate in actively providing solutions.
Responsible for the proper handling and management of hazardous waste generated in their work area.
Operate a variety of equipment to fulfill manufacturing processes Understand and identify defects in accordance with applicable workmanship standard and class Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Ability to read and interpret blueprints, job orders, specifications, drawings, schematics, process sheets, wiring diagrams, and small print for simple assemblies Ability to use basic hand tools including, but not limited to:
dial indicators, torque wrenches, testing devices, etc.
Ability to read, comprehend and follow instructions Ability to manipulate and work with tedious and small parts Ability to work with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail to produce quality results Ability to work in a high volume, high detail work environment Job Type:
