Quick Apply Full-time 6 hours ago Full Job Description DeLallo's is seeking applicants for a Recruiter in a dynamic and a fast-paced work environment supporting multiple locations including the DeLallo Italian Marketplace and our corporate office located in Mount Pleasant, PA.
This role requires a desire to learn each facet of our business and applying sourcing strategies to fill our staffing needs.
The candidate should demonstrate past successes in sourcing, screening and on-boarding while applying innovative practices in recruiting.
This role is on-site at our corporate office.

Responsibilities:
Source, engage and present top talent on a role-specific basis and also strategically develop a pipeline for future needs.
Identify potential candidates through multiple sourcing avenues, proactively research and generate new/creative sourcing strategies and develop a database of candidates.
Stay up-to-date on workforce talent trends and strategize with management to ensure workforce sustainability.
Conduct phone screens and interviews, promptly and effectively.
Engage with hiring managers to gain an understanding of the position's responsibilities, schedules and benefits to ensure the selection of the ideal candidate based on his or her level of experience, skills, education and physical abilities to meet the demands of the job.
Follow up with hiring managers on a weekly basis for updates on each new hire during their first month of employment.
Qualifications:
Bachelors' degree in Human Resources or Business Administration preferred.
Experience recruiting sales professionals and/or partnering with temporary agencies is a plus.
Minimum 2 years of experience in recruiting industry or performing Talent Acquisition responsibilities.
Knowledge of Federal and State employment law, EEO/AA and general hiring regulations.
Recruiting or sourcing experience for a search firm and/or in-house talent acquisition team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to engage candidate by phone and e-mail and entice them with the proposition.
Experience with phone screening and interviewing candidates; ability to successfully assess candidates' skills.
Creative thinking to continuously come up with innovative ways of identifying, connecting and engaging with candidates.
Ability to prioritize the workload and deliver under tight deadlines.
