Essential Functions:
Coordinate and oversee the preparation and revision of contracts that involve the company business, i.
e.
the purchase of sale of goods and services, protect the company's proprietary information or other activities that require any sort of agreement.
Ensure that all records are accurate and up to date Drive contracts to closure working with business development, program management, supervisor, outside counsel and customer Schedule and/or attend meetings to assess progress and take detailed notes of actions and follow up to ensure timely completion Liaison between the company, counsel, customer, or supplier Create regular status reports regarding progress on agreements Maintain contract trackers for customer and supplier agreements Develop, implement, and maintain system utilizing automated workflows to ensure contract expirations are dealt with timely Ensure all finalized documents are stored according to the company nomenclature timely Analyze contracts to ensure they are consistent with company policies and comply with state and federal laws and regulations Explain terms and conditions to managers and interested parties Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
Strong effective reading comprehension and writing skills Previous experience in customer service and strong communication skills Excellent organizational skills with the ability to mulit-task Ability to communicate internally as well as with third parties, i.
e.
customers and outside counsel Possesses superior attention to detail in order to spot inconsistencies in contracts Ability to work productively independently and as part of a team Must have excellent analytical thinking skills and problem-solving abilities Attention to detail with the ability to spot errors or inconsistencies Exhibit strong organizational and time management abilities Advanced Microsoft office skills including email, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel Required Experience & Education:
Bachelor's degree in related field required Minimum 3-5 years of relevant job experience required Job Type:

Up to $80,000.
