Coordinate scheduling, produce documents under the supervision of an attorney, data entry, formatting, inputting.
Process daily correspondence to files.
Efficient ability to use the Microsoft office suite (mainly Microsoft Word and Excel).
Use provided software to complete billing/account statements.
Required Work experience, skills, or education:
This is an entrance level position with our firm, all experiences are welcome to apply; on-the-job training will be provided in the hands-on context of the job; Ability to work in a highly confidential manner and within the scope of attorney ethics guidelines; Be a client oriented individual with ability to respect and relate to concerns of people.
Be versatile, willing to learn different areas of law, different procedures, in a very fast paced environment; Be dependable and punctual.
Good communication skills in a high intensity professional environment; Professionalism:
being able to act in a professional manner and communicate in a professional manner; Higher education preferred, but not mandatory.
Life/like-work experience will be considered.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
