Due to our continued growth, we are in need of an individual to join our sales team which is located in Mt Pleasant, 45 miles southeast of Pittsburgh, PA.
What we do:
Engineer, design & manufacture task-specific trailers, Sprinter Vans and ISO containers Refurbish, retrofit & provide tech updates to existing fleets Integrators of technology Job Description Consult with clients primarily in the Medical, Oil and Gas, Utilities and First Responder Industry (Federal, County/State agencies) such as Fire, Police, EMA and all branches of the Military.
All sales are conducted through calls and emails.
Provide technical assistance to potential customers to create custom designs Work with management team to provide technical solutions to fit customer's needs Ability to work closely with manufacturing team and act as liaison to the customer Research and contact potential customers using email blasts and direct calls Attend trade shows (lasting 1-3 days which may be on weekends) Cultivate strong relationships with existing and new business clients Respond to RFQs, build quotes, and send pricing to customers in a timely manner Track and follow up on quotations and projects to secure orders Coordinate and manage quote and sales order activity between Sales, Engineering, and Production Desired Skills and Experience Strong technical background with expertise in trailer construction, electrical, generators, plumbing and networking Design or drafting knowledge a plus to solve mildly complex technical issues Ability to multi-task Very well organized Strong Decision maker Excellent communication skills (both written & verbal) Function well as part of a team Proficient with ACT and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 3-5 years sales experience (direct experience with Federal, State, and Local government agencies a plus!) Willingness to be Hands On in the factory to help solve design and manufacturing problems during construction.
Education Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing Preferred
