Site Manager
A client of ours in Mt. Pleasant is looking for a Site Manager to join their team. This is a temp-to-hire position.
The successful candidate will be supervising and coordinating activities of the protective force and maintenance department at the company for the protection of people and property against fire, theft, sabotage, vandalism and illegal entry, as well as property damage to the physical plant from equipment and utility failure.
Job duties include:
o Serves as the liaison between Gregg Protection Service, Inc. and the client's management personnel. Directly supervises both security and facilities personnel.
o Serve as the site compliance officer.
o Supervises the training of new employees and in-service training of existing employees as required.
o Prepares the maintenance duty schedule for the site.
